Spa Policies
At Grey Orchid Spa, every detail is designed to help you feel cared for, comfortable, and fully present during your visit. To help us create a calm and seamless experience for every guest, please review our spa policies before your appointment.
Reservations
Our reception team is happy to help you plan your visit and answer any questions about our services, providers, or online booking requests.
When scheduling your appointment, please let us know if you have any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, medical concerns, scent preferences, or if you would like to request a specific provider. We also love knowing if you are visiting us for a special occasion so we can help make your experience feel even more thoughtful.
A credit card is required to reserve all treatment appointments.
Arrival
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you have time to check in, settle in, and begin your service without feeling rushed.
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. We are unable to extend appointments beyond their scheduled end time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted us, your appointment may be considered a no-show and may be subject to our cancellation policy.
Cell Phones & Electronics
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the spa and protect the privacy of our guests, we kindly ask that cell phones and electronic devices be silenced and put away during all services.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled service.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
For parties of three or more guests, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Thank you for respecting our team’s time and allowing us to offer appointment availability to other guests.
Professional Conduct Policy
All spa services are strictly professional and nonsexual. Sexual requests, comments, exposure, inappropriate touching, interference with draping, harassment, or intimidation are prohibited.
Providers may immediately end any service if a boundary is crossed or they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Management may cancel appointments, refuse future services, and contact authorities when appropriate. The client may remain responsible for the cost of an ended session as permitted by law.
By booking an appointment, clients agree to follow this policy.
Right of Refusal
Grey Orchid Spa reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service if we determine that the treatment is not in the best interest of the guest, our team, or the spa environment.
