I had a fantastic facial here with Natalie, who was absolutely wonderful, warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. She made the whole experience both relaxing and comfortable.
Oddly enough, one of my favorite parts was their intake form! It was thoughtful and surprisingly detailed in all the right ways. I’ve had plenty of facials before, but this was the first time anyone asked, “Do you want someone to touch your hands or feet?” a small but incredibly considerate touch.
The spa itself was clean, comfortable, and refreshingly unpretentious. It strikes that perfect balance of professional without being stuffy, serene without feeling overly clinical. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit.
