COVID-19

GREY ORCHID takes your health and safety serious, thus we have the following new guidelines in place in accordance with the CDC and Florida Health Department in mind.

 

Please take a few minutes to read and understand the following guidelines. Please note that these guidelines are non-negotiable, no exceptions. You will also be required to fill out a client compliance agreement before redeeming services such as Facial, Massage, Lash, Waxing, & Nail Treatments.

  • All clients will be asked to wash their hands upon check-in for 20secs.

  • Clients will be required to wear a face mask upon entry and during their visit to GREY ORCHID. If client doesn't have covering upon entry, they will be asked to leave the grounds. 

​

  • No extra guest is permitted upon entry. No appointment, no entry. This includes: Friends, Spouse, Kids, etc. 

​

  • All clients are required to come in 5mins before scheduled time. Please call front desk upon arrival to make sure the session is ready. This will allow us to ensure the safety of everyone within the CDC guidelines. 

​

  • All clients will be required to complete (once) a Client Consent Form upon arrival. If the client does not complete the form, the service will not be rendered and could be charged a no-show fee. 

​

  • If you are sick, feverish, or are suspected of being unwell, please stay home. If you do come and are unwell, we will ask you to respectfully leave the premises and reschedule another day. 

​

  • We do offer a “no touch” pay method as well as Apple Pay. If you would prefer the “No-Touch payment option, please inform reception upon arrival.
