Grey Orchid Spa was lovely from the moment we walked in the door, it felt serene and calming from the start. The waiting area was lovely and had some products for purchase but was not a pressure cooker of items for sale! I had an appointment for a manicure, and when I booked my appointment online I also tried to book a lift and tint, but there were no appointments available so I thought I would ask when I arrived. Lucky for me someone had cancelled that morning and they were able to fit me in immediately after my manicure. My nail technician Felicia was lovely and very professional, while also being personable and she gave me a great natural nail manicure. The products were all high quality, the polish was organized by color, which was not only pretty but made it so easy to see the color palettes you prefer and make a choice quickly instead of having to look through rows and rows of color to find the "blues" or "purples". Every tool and product was either disposable or pre-portioned out in small containers, so there was no already used files or digging into large containers in the midst of my service, which I very much appreciated. .....
